We regret that if you don't have a home address in Wales you won't be able to register for access to all the Library's Subscriptions. (see What can I access?) * Please note that in order to gain access to the Reading Rooms you will need to upgrade your account to a Full NLW Readers Ticket. In order to do this, you will need to bring with you 2 proofs of identity, one of them showing your current address.
